Paula came to help us out on a finance/data project.  Her can-do attitude and enthusiasm makes her a great addition to any team.  She has a great work-ethic and attention to detail, ensuring each task was completed accurately and efficiently. She is not afraid to question the status quo, which is a great way to improve existing processes, and push the team forward.  She also proved she was happy to role up her sleeves, and use her wide finance and HR knowledge on a variety of tasks.  Invaluable – particularly in smaller organisations!
